Make your own dough with our Snickerdoodle Cookie Dry Mix! Same great ingredients with a lower cost!
Preheat your oven to 375 F. Add the mix to a large bowl. Add 3/8 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/8 cup applesauce, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until combined. If the dough seems dry, add water or milk of choice 1 tbs at a time. Make 1 inch balls of dough and roll them in a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place them onto a cookie sheet, press them down to about 1/2 inch thick, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely. You may need to refrigerate the dough before forming the balls. If short on time, portion the dough onto the tray and sprinkle the sugar mix on top.
