Baking Instructions For Fluffy Cookies: Preheat your oven (or toaster oven!) to 350. Form 1.5 inch balls of dough and press them slightly with your palm on a lined backing sheet. Bake them in your oven for 7-10 minutes. Let your cookies cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Makes about 13 two inch cookies.
Baking Instructions For Gingerbread Men (and other shapes!): Preheat your oven (or toaster oven!) to 350. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet or cutting board. Then put the cookie dough on the paper. Place another piece of parchment paper over the dough. Press it down with your palms to flatten it to about 1 inch thick. Then use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Remove the top layer of parchment. Use cookie cutters to make your favorite shapes. Pull away the excess dough and repeat the process if desired. Place the sheet with the cookie shapes on a baking sheet and bake them in your oven for 7-10 minutes. You will want them to be on the overbaked rather than underbaked side if you plan to decorate them. Once they have completely cooled, decorate with your favorite toppings! Some great brands I recommend are Supernatural Food Coloring + Sprinkles, Hardcore Sprinkles, Little Secrets, and Unreal Dark Chocolate Gems.
