Our Cookie Dough Baked Oats are always a huge hit on Instagram and now we're making it easy for you to enjoy them in the morning too! Just mix with (non-dairy) milk and your sweetener of choice (totally not necessary though!). Then add in some toppings to make your oatmeal extra - like cookie dough pieces, blueberries, or chocolate chips - and bake for 20 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a large ramekin or oven safe bowl. Measure 2/3 cup of dry mix into a separate bowl. Add just under 2/3 cup non-dairy milk and sweetener if you wish. Mix until combined and poor into the oven safe bowl. Optional: add in extras like blueberries, chocolate chips, or cookie dough bites and place throughout the oats! Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove carefully, the bowl will be extremely hot! Allow to cool, add more toppings like a nut butter drizzle if you like and enjoy!
