1/2 tub (7 oz) Because Cookie Dough Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1/2 cup dairy-free ice cream (I like Nada Moo and Van Leeuwen)
1 Square Bar
1-2 tbs Coconut Butter or Manna (melted)
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 and spray a 6 inch cookie skillet with oil. I used this one.
Fill the skillet with about a 1/2 inch layer of cookie dough.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Using an oven mit, remove the skillet from the oven and let cool.
Add your favorite toppings! We added Van Leeuwen Chocolate Ice Cream, pieces of a Cookie Dough Square Bar, and Nutiva Coconut Manna glaze.
Enjoy straight from the skillet!
