Cookie Rice Crispy Treats

Serves: One 9x13 inch tray Time: 15 Minutes Prep, 30 Minutes Cooling INGREDIENTS 1/2 tub (7 oz) Because Cookie Dough Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 3 tbs Miyoko's Butter or other plant-based butter 4 cups Dandie's Marshmallows 5 cups puffed rice (I used Arrowhead Mills brand) Optional toppings: chocolate sauce (melted chocolate + coconut oil) or coconut butter/manna drizzle STEPS Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 F and bake about a 1/2 tub of our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.  Bake for about 8-10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and allow them to cool. Everything Cookie Skillet

Serves: 4-6 servings Time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 1/2 tub (7 oz) Because Cookie Dough Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 1/2 cup dairy-free ice cream (I like Nada Moo and Van Leeuwen) 1 Square Bar 1-2 tbs Coconut Butter or Manna (melted) STEPS Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 and spray a 6 inch cookie skillet with oil.  I used this one.  Fill the skillet with about a 1/2 inch layer of cookie dough.   Bake for 8-10 minutes. Using an oven mit, remove the skillet from the oven and let cool. Add your favorite toppings!  We added Van Leeuwen Chocolate Ice Cream, pieces of a Cookie Dough Square Bar, and Nutiva Coconut Manna glaze. Enjoy straight from the skillet!

Two Ingredient Mini Cookie Pies

Serves: 4-8 Time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 7 oz Because Cookie Dough - Any flavor but we like Oatmeal for this! 1/2 tub Delighted By Chocolate Hummus* That's it! *amount may vary depending on the size of your cupcake/muffin tin STEPS Preheat the oven to 375.  Spray a mini pie/cupcake mold.  I found that silicon worked best and was the easiest to get the cookies out of.  I used this one. Thaw your cookie dough.  You can do this however you like but I microwaved about half a tub for 20-30 seconds.  You want it to still be like a batter but able to be molded to the cups easily.  Gently pat a thin layer of the dough into each cup.    Bake...
